With over 9 years’ experience in community relations, she is passionate about creating shared value and building capacity in the communities. She is also a trained Chartered Arbitrator and has successfully negotiated and implemented Community Development Agreements (CDAs) with host communities. She currently manages over 70 communities for the organization.
