Kenneth Holds degrees from Tshwane University of Technology (B-Tech: Civil Engineering) and Vaal University of Technology (M-Tech Civil Engineering), and practices in Public Sector in the areas of Land Development Applications, Traffic Impact Management Studies, Roads and Stormwater Planning, Public Transport Planning. Kenneth is a Deputy Director at the City of Tshwane’s Transportation Division where he is responsible for the Development and Management of the Comprehensive Integrated Transport Plan. Kenneth acted as a Deputy Director for Land Development Facilitation for over 5 years before he could be appointed at Integrated Transport Planning.
He is registered with ECSA as a Professional Technologist, and he is a member of peer review at the Engineering Council of South Africa. Additionally, Kenneth serves as a Tribunal Member at ECSA as and when he is required for Appeals Matter. He has been a volunteer at ECSA for over six years, assisting ECSA with Applications Assessments, Moderations and Conducting Reviews. Kenneth is also part of the Research Team at ECSA as and when required for Paper Reviews and he played an integral part on the paper themed: “Identify reasons for the decline in the renewal rate of registered persons” and is currently working on “Training and Mentoring Guide for Professional Categories “at ECSA
