    I have worked in the technology industry for more than 20 years. My expertise lies in call centre technology and the communications and call centre space. I believe my role is to use this experience and knowledge to offer companies technical solutions that make sense.

    The cloud computing era is a tipping point for the IT industry with complex IT systems managed by engaged experts for easy solutions to clients. I have delivered pioneering cloud-based call centres in South Africa and am currently the Co-founder and joint CEO of 1Stream, a leading provider of cloud-based contact centre technology and services.

    1Stream offers a complete hosted telephony solution that is cost-effective, customisable and effortlessly efficient. We have extensive experience across a multitude of markets and combine our expertise with this experience to address the needs of our clients, no matter who they are or what their situation may be. One company, multiple solutions.

    We have a simple philosophy: we focus on delivering great support, backed up with best of breed technology and a technical team that understands what is needed to operate world class call centres.

    My focus is to ensure 1Stream clients enjoy a robust and reliable service. Significant achievements include setting up the Amazon Call Centre in Cape Town, South Africa and 1Stream was recognised as SA’s Entrepreneurial Company of the Year by research firm Frost & Sullivan.
