GIPF Namibia

Hilkka Mbako was born in Ondangwa, Northern Namibia on 8^th May 1969.

She studied in England and the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is the Government Institutions Pension Fund’s Manager for Client Services. She is a Social Entrepreneur who contributes actively to various charity and development causes.

Hilkka’s professional strength lies in the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams. She has great communication skills and think systematically, analytically and can adapt to rapidly changing internal and external environments.

She is immensely interested in employee benefits and customer experiences operational disciplines and has attended various national and international conferences, seminars in the said fields. She has also hosted and facilitated various conferences and authored opinion articles in the said disciplines.
