Henry Kamau, Founding Director of VBD Automotive Technologies Ltd., is currently involved in transitioning corporate vehicle fleets in Africa to electric vehicles in collaboration with venture capital fund partners and was previously involved in developing policies for cleaner vehicles in Africa. 

Henry Kamau is a founding director of VBD Automotive Technologies Ltd. and previously worked for General Motors East Africa (now Isuzu East Africa), Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers, Rover Group and IBC Vehicles both in the UK. 

Henry Kamau is currently involved in transitioning corporate vehicle fleets in Africa to electric vehicles in collaboration with venture capital fund partners. Previously was involved in developing policies for cleaner vehicles in Africa and presented an innovative electric drive system at the SAE 2013 World Congress & Exhibition in Detroit.
