Chasper Sarott, born in 1979, residing in Scuol/GR, completed his law studies at the University of Zurich and at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a law degree. In 2010, he entered the service of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and is assigned as an intern to Astana (now Nur-Sultan). In 2011, he returned to headquarters, where he served as Deputy Regional Coordinator, first in the Political Division II (Africa Middle East), then in the newly created Sub-Saharan Africa and Francophonie Division. In 2014 he was transferred to Beirut as Deputy Head of Mission. Beginning in August 2017, Mr. Sarott has held the post of Deputy Head of Mission in Warsaw. In 2019, he will be appointed Head of Mission in Antananarivo. Since August 2022, he has been Head of Mission in Kinshasa.
