Mrs. Florence Larbi is the Chief Operating Officer for the Environmental Sanitation Cluster of the JOSPONG Group of Companies (JGC) leading about 30 companies in the municipal solid and liquid waste management sector. She has positioned the E&S Group as the most profitable cluster of the JGC.

She is a graduate of Harvard Senior Executive Leadership program and an astute Human Resources Practitioner with over two decades of experience in Business Administration and progressive people management skills. She joined the Group in 2006 and for over 10 years was the Managing Director of Zoomlion growing it from a staff strength of less than a Hundred (100) in 2006 to over 3,000 core staff and 45,000 project staff.

She was pivotal in setting up the international branches of Zoomlion. Under her management, Zoomlion has steadily gained prominence as one of the 100 most respected brands in Ghana and West Africa.

Mrs Larbi obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Cape and University of Ghana Business School respectively. She is also a product of the School of Governance and Leadership-Ghana; Gamey& Gamey Academy of Mediation (affiliated to the Pulse Institute, Calgary-Canada) among others.

She has received several personal and corporate recognitions in the course of her work;

• Top 50 Women Rising- most influential corporate women leaders in Ghana awards, for 2016 and 2017 respectively.

She serves as director on numerous Boards.
