Firdous Alexander holds a BScEng in Chemical Engineering from UCT. She started her career in clinical trials at a research site that executed various studies. Thereafter, she moved into the power generation digitalisation space being part of the EtaPRO business in South Africa for over 6 years. Within these roles, she has led multidisciplinary teams and solved complex problems relating to business strategy, business operations, process engineering, project management, and business process optimisation. Recently, she has completed an MBA at UCT GSB. She is passionate about developing strategies and translating them into operations for long term sustainability.
