Eng. Gastaldelli got her Master graduation at the Politecnico of Milan in the Electrical Engineer in 1996. 

In the same year, she jointed to ABB as Application Engineer and Protection specialist.  She worked as Project Leader, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sales support and Sales Manager in particular for Control and Protection Systems.  

Since 2008, she jointed to ISA as Area Manager and Product specialist in protection relay, circuit breaker, transformers testing and travelling wave fault locator system. 

Since 2021 she became part of Doble as Senior Technical Application Engineer. 

She has experience as Project engineer and commissioning of protection relays, travelling waves, and substation system over the world, in particular in Countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Chile, New Zealand, Peru, Saint Lucia, Malawi, Italy where ISA travelling wave fault locator systems are in operation since 2009. 

She performs trainings on site for customers over the world, teaching them practical use of all Doble / ISA models and related software. In particular she teach customers (public Utility and private companies) in Africa, Latin America and Europe.
