Ing. Emmanuel Adjetey Adjei serves as the Assistant Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Bui Power Authority (BPA), a pioneering force in renewable energy based in Accra, Ghana. BPA is dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions in Ghana, aligning with the government’s aim to increase Renewable Energy penetration by 10% by 2030.

Emmanuel holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Operations Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is recognized as a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. Emmanuel commenced his professional journey in 2002 at Fine Print Industries Ltd, where he excelled as a Production and Maintenance supervisor, demonstrating leadership within the technical team. He later joined Nestle Ghana Ltd in January 2006 as a Line Technician. In October 2012, Emmanuel embarked on his tenure with Bui Power Authority as a Technician Engineer. His unwavering commitment, diligence, and substantial contributions towards achieving organizational and individual targets, combined with his extensive skills and academic background, propelled him through the ranks to his current esteemed position
