Ralf was appointed in January 2022 and has been at the forefront of the Grid Software business in the Middle East and Africa. As the Senior Vice President, he is responsible for the grid operators and industries across the Middle East and Africa in transmission and distribution control centers, AMI, grid planning, microgrids, and EV charging management. 

In his previous role as Global Product Manager for Energy Efficiency Analytics, Ralf was leading the way for SaaS products to derive energy and process efficiency measures from big data and AI analysis of energy consumption and process data in industrial and infrastructure processes. 

He holds a Dr.-Ing in Thermoacoustic and a Dipl.-Ing in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Aeronautical Engineering with majors in Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics
