Desmond is a Senior Project Developer in Green Share Energy Team. He founded the company in 2009 . As part of the Project Development team & he has developed C&I projects and managed projects for clients such as the IPP office, DBSA (South Africa), Eskom, Aurecon, African Rainbow Minerals and Barlow World, and others.

Desmond has more than 14 years experience in the Energy Sector, with experience in project development in the Southern African Development Community SADC and in IPP Framework Development.

Desmond has a strong background in Energy, having worked the energy sector developing and implementing projects his further training and certification include Certified Energy Manager (CEM) course, Energy Efficiency Manager (EEM). Fundamentals of Energy Management Training (FEMT). Desmond has done a National Certificate in IT Systems Development SAQA ID 44872 NQF Level 5. This has equipped Desmond with the tools to develop Proprietary Nano Grid technology for Green Share. The Green Share technology is a Distributed Energy Management System “DERMS”
