Anne-Marie is a natural leader and subscribes to the principles of servant-leadership. Together with her two partners she has built a thriving female-owned business and have exhibited the consistent agility, robustness and resilience required to grow an entrepreneurial enterprise. She is a highly experienced Management Consultant with more than 20 years’ combined experience in the fields of Programme/Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management. She has also developed a specialisation in the fields of Privacy and Information Security.​

Her colleagues and employees describe Anne-Marie as committed to making a positive imprint wherever she goes and is a true role model, who gives meaning to the carpe diem (‘seize the day’) mantra.
