Angus is the EMEA Contact Center Go-To-Market Strategy lead at Cisco based in the UK. He is responsible for the development of routes to market for the Cisco contact centre portfolio across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
With more than 27 years’ experience in the IT and Telecoms industry, Angus is known for his experience in bringing new products to market across EMEA and has a depth of experience in product management in Global Service Providers. Prior to joining Cisco, Angus was an independent consultant, after previously holding positions as a senior product management leader in Vodafone and Cable&Wireless. He has worked in multinational vendors such as AVAYA and Lucent Technologies as well as the local South African distribution channel
