Albert is the Head of ICT at Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited. He is a graduate of Information Systems with a background in Computer Science. He spent at least 10 years with the Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) and private sectors specifically in Health, Oil&Gas, and Manufacturing.
He later joined the public sector where for the last 5 years has been overseeing the implementation of a digital transformation strategy for both enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) at UEGCL.
He has kin interest in IT governance, Big Data, Cyber Security, Process re-engineering and automation, IT innovations, IT Architecture amongst others.
