    Applications are now open.

    • CXAs are connected with the annual Customer Experience Management Summit. The Award ceremony will take place at the end of CEM Day 1 - 30th July 2024
    • The CXAs will be an evening of cocktails and entertainment while we celebrate exceptional customer experience across Africa.
    • All CEM ticket holders will have access to scattered seating at the awards evening as part of their delegate package.
