Overview

The project involves the establishment of a state-of-the-art dairy processing plant in Soroti, Eastern Uganda, with a capacity to process 60,000 liters of​ milk per day. The project also includes the development of a nucleus farm, milk collection centers, and refrigerated transport infrastructure. We will promote climate-smart agricultural practices, including water-efficient irrigation and renewable energy systems, to reduce the sector’s environmental footprint.

It presents an investment opportunity in the dairy sector in Eastern Uganda, aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Climate Agreement. Our project aims to develop a climate-resilient dairy value chain, enhancing smallholder farmer livelihoods, promoting sustainable agriculture practices, and contributing to Uganda’s economic growth.
