Located in Addis Ababa under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, this project meets the city’s growing need for efficient parking and supports the shift towards sustainable urban mobility.
Each tower integrates an advanced automated parking system, offering high-density, convenient parking managed through a mobile app. This system optimizes space, reduces operational costs, and improves user experience. Additionally, 100 EV charging stations per tower address Ethiopia’s rapid transition to electric vehicles, contributing to the nation’s green energy goals and sustainable transportation options.
