Web Administrator

Key day-to-day responsibilities:

 Team support

  • Managing updates to website (WordPress)
  • Managing banners on website (WordPress / Google Ad Manager)
  • Managing the overview of client deliverables such as partner profiles, banner sizes and mailer dates
  • Liaising with design studio re asset creation for internal banners and slides following team brief
  • Sending email newsletters in Hubspot
  • Creating forms and landing pages in Hubspot
  • Occasional webinar tech support – running of slides and support if any tech issues occur

Campaign management

  • Uploading clients’ online partner profiles to website
  • Uploading banners onto websites
  • Updating webinar calendar on website
  • Auctioning all client deliverables such as newsletter banners, website banners, PR, html mailers, setting up lead generation campaigns, partner profiles etc

About the candidate:

  • Pragmatic and has excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented across single and multiple tasks; have good time management and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player eager to connect with people in order to achieve the best results
  • Tenacious ‘can do’ approach to work
  • Ability to proactively manage and prioritise workload in a deadline driven environment with multiple internal and external customers
  • Experience with working across various platforms such as GoToWebinar, WordPress, Hubspot, Google Analytics. Experience with Google Ad Manager 360 is a big plus.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge – entry to intermediate level
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

Monthly Remuneration:  R15,000.00 gross per month
